3. If there is not a dot next to Accept Cookies single click the button next to it and cookies will be enabled.

Is there a problem with Netscape prompting you to accept cookies....

3. Make sure there is not a check mark next to Warn me before Accepting a Cookie, if there is just single left click the box and that will disable it.
